Trooper Legs

so,its 2 am and your ''other half'' is snoring like a trooper...do you?
1-wake them up gently to tell them, hoping they wont punch you..or
2-kick them smartly in the leg whilst pretending to be a sleep..or
3-give them a ''wet willy'..[soggy finger in the ear]..or
4-do nothing....
or what would you do?
None of the above I just give a quick dig with my elbow - usually does the trick

The Science of Robosapien by Mr product reviews by experts Abnev
At a glance, Robosapien looks great versus the old box school on wheels with clear dome head. 'Oh,' you say, looks a bit like a muscular assault troops and the fart button now that's a damn. We agree friendly gesture, but behind his back, laughing at their total lack of recognition of the advanced robotic theory involved.
Each arm movement has the capacity of 360 allowed by the, ahem, biomorphic shoulder joints and flexible elbows. Ending in three articulated fingers, Robosapien is capable Objects to catch, grab, and release. The true full walking motion (most robots do not actually walk outside a laboratory) made possible the design of the big feet and in good condition sensors.
And you know how much power is usually required to run a robot Fuggedabowdit. Robots are dishonorable regular short battery eaters always hungry for more, more, more! And who will pay for these batteries, hmmm Well 'Robosapien brings no shame itself when the power consumed, mainly due to the astounding mechanical physics. It runs at least 6 to 10 hours on a single set of batteries. In fact, if you move Robosapien's arm you actually generating energy for it! Hey man, that is clever.
For those of you who want a robot to fetch a freeze in the kitchen, lazy bums will just have to wait until later. But you can program your Robosapien to do some pretty cool things in the Meanwhile, like strolling through the oscillations of taking things, taking care of your room while you sleep, and a fun game of 'pull my finger. "Try to teach your dog that trick intelligent man.
Robosapien is a modern turning point in the evolution of robotics and is the first robot based on the science of robotics applied biomorphic. (That's what I should have told friends and family during this time rather than pointing out amusing cat-chasing ability.) Robotics innovative concepts derived biomorphic Mark Tilden new beam technology.
A new philosophy for Type Robot BEAM stands for Biology, Electronics, Aesthetics and Mechanics. Dr. Mark W. Tilden founded this relatively new science of robotics in 1989, based on the premise that the behavior rich robots need not be complex projects reserved only for evil well-funded labs and cartoon villains.
Put another way, the Traditional approaches to creating robots have begun creating a sophisticated brain to maneuver the body mechanics. While not discounting the achievements of incredible engineering of robots built this way, especially Sony's QRIO and Honda's Asimo, Mark Tilden strongly contends that this is the wrong approach.
It's like trying to emulate a human when modern technology and research is not realistic copy of an error in your garden. "[It's] an evolutionary dead end" Tilden says. BEAM robotics is about taking the bottom-up approach, from mastering the simple bug and going from there.
Instead of trying to create a centralized theft brain to process all the input variables and spit out a decision (much, much harder than you may think), why not use a system known as "subsumption architecture.''subsumption architecture is a clever technique where the actions of a robot are managed in layers, each layer control one aspect of the operation of the robot.
For example, a layer of low level can be 'Walk Forward, the robot will happily do until they run into something. At this point, the slightly higher level 'Lift superior kicking, overriding the' Walk Layer forward "until the robot successfully climbs over the obstacle, at which time 'leg lift stops', and the low level of "walking forward" yourself again. *
Egocentric Bugs
So Tilden began building robot bugs on this principle, and selfish creatures that could not have been.
Why is that? Well Tilden decided that Asimov's famous Three Laws of Robotics:
1. No human damage.
2. Listen to humans unless that "human hurt.
3. Try to live with that.
were outdated concepts that left no room for a good joke at parties.
So one dark and stormy night Tilden who wrote Three Laws of Robotics:
1. A robot must protect its own existence at all costs.
2. A robot must obtain and maintain access to a power source.
3. A robot must continually search for better sources of energy.
known informally as *:
1. Protect your back.
2. Feed your ass.
3. Move your ass over real property.
1. He based this statement robotic self-interest as the only form of evolution of the robots can start the way human beings can come from guppies looking for a good time, leaving the sea.
Errors to Sapiens
The need to find a lighter-minded group of people from their government and NASA days, Tilden decided to go to join a toy company. Who better than one audacious enough to proclaim themselves, Wow Wee! It was a great game, and happily began working on toy dinosaurs and errors on the basis of Tilden now renowned expertise.
Then came the master project that one could say would change the landscape quite robotics whole. FartDude, later named Robosapien after initial market tests would be the culmination of Tilden, finally, to make a humanoid (sapien-like, if you will) robot capable of an impressive list of movements and sounds rude.
In Robosapien, you see the underlying philosophies of the beam and research technology. Followed by B, a biomorphic version of humans, E for the fact that you can not throw in a bathtub, for it covers the latest Stylin of magazines and a heck of a lot I will dance on the ability of theft.
That's Mr. Sapien
Like no robot ever before, the Robosapien is affordable to unwashed masses. The Robosapien is a crowning achievement in relation to mobility, power consumption, programmability, and perhaps most important: Extensibility.
So what's so hot about the extensibility, and is that even a word you ask? You have some nerve. Tilden went through a serious effort grave to ensure that robot enthusiasts could disassemble the robot, as he would have as a child and play with modifications. Everything is color-coded in there to make things easy for those of us without PhDs, and by all accounts, there are plenty of additional space and can accommodate anything you can think Frankenstein. There are whole books written on the topic If you want to learn, so go ahead and hack. If it is good, send it and we'll publish it for all too well simulated or applaud.
And another thing
So the next time you look at your Robosapien to a mark of respect to the first-ever robot based on the science of biomorphic robotics applied. Then go chase a cat with her.
