What should I add/take away to make my Space Marine Army Better?

Okay so i collect ultramarines, heres what i have so far
-3 tactical squads (randomly were given to me)
-2 scout squads (one with snipers, other is normal)
-1 terminator squad
-Captain Sicarius (limited edition with lightning claws)
-Chief Librarian Tigurius
-2 librarians

Hi,

I have been collecting Space Marines for a long time now. I have a fairly large army (at least 4,000-5,000 pts, I haven't counted recently). This is what I think you should get:

EDIT: You need the 5th edition Codex to understand some of this.

First off, I see a rather large potential flaw in your force selection; you don't have any assault marines! Buy these ASAP. If you have the bits, convert the assault marines into a Vanguard Assault Squad, which are assault marines with power weapons and melta bombs.

1. No Space Marine army is truly complete without a Land Raider of some description. Although Raiders are fairly expensive (both money-wise and points), the 14 all-around and the variety of weaponry (Standard, Redeemer, Crusader etc.) really makes it the all-around assault tank.

You should buy one of the three, depending on who you fight the most (e.g. what armies do your friends/regular opponents collect?)

If you're into firepower and not invincible armour, I would suggest purchasing one or two Predator tanks instead (three lascannons instead of two)

Oh, and a WHIRLWIND.

2. You don't need that many Librarians! You should have Tigurius, and maybe one other when you can't afford to spend a massive amount of points on special characters.

3. Terminators. Maybe another squad, depending on how you use them. I personally use terminator squads to deep-strike and take out my opponent's fancy tank/HQ etc. (I have 4 terminator squads if you count Gray Knights)

4. Marines. You need at least one more tactical squad, or perhaps a squad of Gray Knights (you can take up to two troops choices as Allies from Inquisition).

5. You should get a sternguard squad, as well as a drop pod to go with them. Deep-strike right beside the enemy's armoured infantry or dug-in positions and use specialised ammunition to destroy anything in your way.

6. You want a Chapter Master. Orbital Bombardments kick a*s. (Ordanance blast template, Strength 10 AP 1)

7. If you ever think you're going to be fighting a demon army, get a Land Speeder Storm. Move the land speeder up so that your opponent can't use chaos icons or teleport homers etc.

8. Can scouts still take Missile Launchers? They could in the fourth edition Codex... I'm not sure, I'll have to check that.

This is A LOT of stuff. Like, $350 worth. Thing is, you don't need a perfect army to play. You might also want to consider purchasing a Thunderfire Cannon - that's the only Space Marine unit that I don't currently have, but it seems quite effective.

Cricket and terrorism: In the midst of an eternal war!

The snake bit heinous terrorist in the fabric of peace as the world witnessed the terrorist attacks Mumbai claiming many souls. Every bullet that pierced the veil fragile life ended a part within us all. One thing I did after the attenuation initial visibility of suffering gave way to anger and then the debate is the fact that the entire sub-continent has born the brunt of a few people dehumanized and one of aspects that have broken time and again is the cricket field.

I have the cricket, because it is more than a game in this part of the world, is a extension of our life and any vile act of terrorism in our region is bound to affect the sport. We grew up living under the shadow of cricket and a lot of things we think and lunatic comes from our love for the game which is part of our daily routine. What the authors of the attacks managed to do was a sad shadow of terror in our life and the implications were for all to see with the big tournaments either postponed or canceled.

We must ask ourselves this question ... Are we willing to hide in our Flats to let the country was reduced to ashes or have the courage to go out and drive the terrorists out of our soil for our unity and practical thinking. When the shape a terrorist may be unexpected and unthought, why not be the only effective solution for our part too?

There are apprehensions in the beginning and we can see places that were suspended in panic, but everything must be done to strengthen security in the mass, as well as personal level. It is only a matter of realizing that the problem is much like ours as it is for those who are in power and we must all do our part in bringing an end to any form of terrorism on our soil, whether in Karachi or Hyderabad.
