Invented in 1999, the Medal of Honor Airborne focuses on different aspects of the Second World War. This is a shooter computer game developed by EA Los Angeles, and was released worldwide in September 2007. His version PS III is scheduled for release in November 2007. Part of the Medal of Honor series, this is the first Series to focus on the activities of a skydiver.
The players are made to step into the shoes of Travis Boyd, who is a private in the airborne infantry. You get to be part of its first experimental deployment in the Second World War. As the word "Airborne" means that, unlike other FPS games, here not only have to walk a path, but can fall from the sky too. A lot of leeway given to the players in this version of the game. Most games single player FPS lack in this department, while he gives them both a sense of mission freely. Most goals can be accomplished in any order you wish.
The game is played in the European theater and the varied missions include insertions in Germany, Italy, northern France and the Netherlands.
