What limits should there be on the use of force against inmates?
When I was in jail you see how people with power treat people who they have control of. You see people getting rough treatment from COs just because they say they are not following orders – even if they just question something. In some places they also use mace, restraint chairs, mace, stun guns and shock belts on prisoners.
I wasn’t treated that badly but saw others getting a bad time of it and there was nothing they could do about it.
I would guess that most people really don't care how prisoners are treated once in prison. People feel that any punishment they get it's because they deserve it.
Never been in prison so I can't relate.

Tibia Power Leveling and Tibia Gold making
This tibia guide is try to help all those who have money problems in tibia game, get the mullahs back in their Depot. Remember, this isn't for people who are levels 60 +, but for middle levels and PEOLPE who want to kill intermediate monsters.
Experience in making money and securing the tibia is not very easy to start a whole new world, but I hope this gives you an idea where to start and how. Hopefully It will also give tips on how to kill the monster in question.

These Happy Go rotworms lucky again. Officially, most wanted monster in tibia, with about the larva behind them. There are more then a reason for shooting all the little critters. First, the brilliant amount of steady income they give. Rotworms many do not give money to everyone, and rarely get only a few GP in one. With them, giving a maximum of 32gp, all you need is a few rotworms and has taken 1K. Another positive is that the nuts fall, most of the NPC's to buy 30gp, which means ou can loot them nd the bag to bag clubs. You also give a lot of experience, which makes the caves they live in very crowded when 35,000 + players are online. Tibia Gold (U.S. Dollar)
Pros: - Good money, - Drop maces, good experience.
CONS: - Caves are usually full.
After killing rotwaroms for a while, a good ability giing, consider killing these monsters for good loot.
DWARF SOLDIERS:
MEN: (SKILLS: 50/50)
Dwarf Soldiers are the best for loot at this level, because they fall dwarfs Shields (100gp in Kazoordan), Crossbows (120gp at fibula), and battle-axes (purchased in most places, Thais mainly). These are all big money making items for the level. After making AFEW lootbags full of these things, you will be renewable in money. It's even better if you are a premium account and have done the postman quest which means you can parcel your items back and not have to worry about drag your items back to the station, and the risk of them stolen. Dwarf Soldiers also a very low reasonable amount of loot. There are only 2 problems. Only found in the dwarf mines if you're a free agent, so the caves are usually always packed, whther there are only 300 players on your server or 900 players. Also, Dwarf soldiers travel in packs and can break his shield with his body to body pins, becausethese monsters can hit hard .. So it is useful to have a UH few that just in case you have more than one attack at a time.
