How do you use syringes to power a hydraulic claw?

we need it to pick up a 2 inch ball and move it to a hoop 3 inches off the ground and drop it

hook two of them up together with a hose, then glue the claw parts to one syringe and when you push in on the other syringe the claw should close, or open depending on your claw mechanism
