I would hang on to them for interest sake personally, because digital cameras are becoming cheaper and film processing dearer they are of little value unless you find an enthusiast who is learning or wants to learn the joys of 'real' photography.

A guide to using the camera for Extra Money
One of the easiest ways to make extra money with a camera. More people than radio own cameras and photography is the fastest growing hobby in the world. However, using a camera as an extra income tool is largely measured by high!
